I love using oil on my skin and hair. you will always find different kinds of oils at my dressing table like olive oil, almond oil, lavender oil etc. Olive oil & almond oil is my all time favourite. These days, I’m using a new oil REY NATURALS ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL which I got from brand for review purpose.
Recently, I started experimenting with different essential oil like lavender, lemongrass and eucalyptus.The latest addition to my stock is this REY NATURALS Rosemary Essential Oil. Let’s see whether you should try it or not.

Rey Naturals Rosemary Essential Oil has a herbaceous and energizing scent with evergreen undertones. Mostly, it is used in aromatherapy, leading to reduced nervous tension and fatigue. Its camphoraceous herbaceous aroma is unmissable.
The main constituents include 1, 8-Cineola, α-pinene, and camphor. Rosemary has been revered by many cultures for its health benefits and energizing scent.
Rosemary, as a plant, is long revered by healers. In the ancient Greek, Egyptian, Roman and Hebrew cultures, Rosemary’s health and aromatic qualities helped the healers in many ways while treating the ill. The essential oil is collected from the flower as well as leaf through steam distillation process.

PACKAGING ⏩The bottle comes in a paper box, and the actual skin oil comes in a dark blue glass bottle with a black cap and dropper dispenser. The bottle is housed in an outer box which has all important information print on it.The small dispenser dispenses just the right amount of the oil. Overall, it is a travel-friendly bottle, but make sure you take precautions, as it is made of glass.
The texture of oil not sticky at all which I love. It feels very lightweight and never feels greasy on the skin.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH REY NATURALS ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL👇
Rosemary oil is one of the most multipurpose essential oil. It is an all-rounder and has numerous health and beauty benefits. It does have a strong fragrance, which is not sweet like lavender but still something very pleasing. At first, I thought it is very close to that of eucalyptus oil. But after some time, I got used to the fragrance and I find it very relaxing now. Even more than lavender oil!!😄
Like with many other essential oils, it can be used in different ways. One of the common ways is to use a diffuser or vaporizer. Since this oil is useful for destressing and releasing anxiety, you can spread the lovely vapor around to calm your senses. Although the direct inhalation method woks too, the scent is a little strong and overpowering to handle initially. It mellows with time, but I feel a diffuser works best. The aroma definitely has a relaxing effect and feels greatly uplifting at the end of a tiring day.Another way I use it is by mixing it with a bath oil. I mostly use it with almond oil or coconut oil, and then apply it on my skin and hair. Rosemary oil stimulates circulation and energizes body cells. When used with a carrier oil, it certainly increases the efficacy of the product. When added to body massage oil, it relieves stress knots in my body. Due to my busy medical student lifestyle, I often experience stiffness and muscle cramps. This takes care of such issues.
I had read that it stimulates hair growth, but though I haven’t noticed any hair growth as such, I feel it’s great for an invigorating massage. Your scalp feels greatly rejuvenated and I like using it once a week for that relaxing massage. When mixed with a cream, it adds a glow to your face and helps in fighting acne. It balances skin pH and is a great oil to treat your skin.
Like with all essential oils, one needs to be cautious about the quantity used. 2-3 drops suffice for most purposes. Also, carrier oil is a must as using it directly on skin or hair may cause more harm than good. I am happy with this product and would love to try more.I wanted to use it with the rose petals and sugar scrub, if you want to know rose petals and sugar scrub recipe then comment below. This not only provides relaxation with its wonderful aroma, but also helps in relieving body ache. Yes, I had read about its anti-inflammatory properties but I was pleasantly surprised with its performance. Also, I had a bad headache one day, so I just poured some almond oil near my forehead and few drops of this oil and my headache was gone. Well, not immediately but after a nap. And I have really bad headache and I almost always take a Combiflam to get rid of it! This comes as a great alternative.
